Impecleaning ("we," "us") respects your privacy and complies with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, how we protect it, and your rights.
Your name, home/service address, email and phone number; details about your home and service preferences; your booking history; and payment information, which is processed securely by our booking provider (BookingKoala) — we do not store full card numbers. If you reach us by text, WhatsApp, email or phone, we keep those communications.
To provide, schedule and perform your cleaning service; send quotes, confirmations and reminders; communicate with you; process payments; manage referrals and gift cards; and improve our service. We collect only what we need for these purposes.
We collect, use and disclose your personal information with your consent. By booking a service or submitting a form, you consent to the uses described here. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits, by contacting us.
Only (a) the cleaning team assigned to your home, and (b) trusted providers that help us operate, such as our booking and payment platform. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.
We limit access to your information to those who need it to serve you, rely on reputable providers that encrypt data and process payments securely, and keep records only as long as necessary.
Our website may use cookies and similar tools to understand how visitors use the site and improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Under BC PIPA, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete. Email contact@impecleaning.com to make a request.
